UK Challenger Bank

Working closely with a new start-up UK Challenger Bank as it progressed through the regulatory process to obtain a banking licence. Bridgeshield were engaged to create several core polices and procedures in relation to lending operations, broker management, loan monitoring and recoveries to support the project team within a new start-up Bank focussed on specialist property loans.

In addition our remit for this project included a comprehensive review of the key operational systems, leading to vendor selection and scoping out requirements and product configuration, to ensure that the project team had sufficient insight to deliver a solution for the targeted specialist lending market.

Construction Funding scheme for leisure sector

Engaged by an entrepreneurial and successful operator in the leisure sector to support a re-structure of existing lending facilities, whilst supporting the planning application for a complex new development site in parallel. The final stage is to create a funding structure that brings investment to the new venture, whilst leveraging the brand and resources of the existing business.

Credit team training on property risk

With the extensive range of properties that Bridgeshield visit, we are perfectly placed to provided your underwriting team with additional insight based on what we’ve learned over the years. Typically informal, these sessions can be tailored to meet your own needs to address particular focus areas, however our key objective is to make it as practical and informative as possible.
